Documentations Required from Employer :-

The authenticated document required from employer varies from country to country depending on whether country has a system of paper (entry) visa or it is required endorsement into passport from embassy of employing country.  Generally once requirement is confirmed and initial agreement is made between Stevand Gurkha Overseas and employer regarding terms and conditions and selection process, as per Nepalese Government labor law require employing company to produce following duly authenticated/ attested in favor of Stevand Gurkha Overseas to finalize the recruiting process

1.Demand Letter: Addressed to Stevand Gurkha Overseas Services (P) Ltd. HMG Licence No. 288/058/059 mentioning numbers of workers required in each categories with salary, duty hours, food, accommodation, and all other benefits to the workers. This document must be signed by authorized person and bear company seal and attested by the chambers of commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy of employing country.

2.Power Of Attorney: This is legal confirmation, on behalf of employer for selection of manpower.  This authorizes Stevand Gurkha Overseas Services (P) Ltd. HMG Licence No. 288/058/059, Kathmandu – Nepal to process recruitment and mobilization for overseas employment. This document must be signed by authorized person and bear company seal and attested by the chambers of commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy of employing country.

3.Employment Contract: Employing Company should provide one specimen copy employment contract listing al the benefits, terms and condition as per demand letter signed by an authorized person and bear company seal.

4.Guarantee Letter:- A Guarantee letter should be issued by employing company stating that company will only employ Nepalese worker in the country stated in Demand letter and will not transfer to any other country without prior approval from Nepalese Government authority.  This document must be signed by authorized person and bear company seal and attested by the chambers of commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy of employing country. 

5.Recruitment Service Agreement: A Recruitment Service Agreement between Employing Company and Stevand Gurkha Overseas Services, signed by authorized representative and bear the seal of both companies is required. This document must be signed by authorized person and bear company seal and attested by the chambers of commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Nepalese Embassy of employing country.
